ANTI-CANCER
Kombucha shows anti‑cancer effects via: inhibition of cancer cell proliferation; cytotoxicity toward cancer cell lines (lung, kidney, breast, colon); reduction of invasion/metastasis markers like MMP‑2 / MMP‑9; activation of antioxidant enzyme systems (e.g. via Nrf2) which help reduce oxidative stress. ANTI-DIABETES

SKIN
Kombucha group had a significant reduction in one pro‑oxidant marker (H₂O₂) versus control. Other oxidative and endothelial markers did not change significantly.
